Judy is a certified GMA (General Mortgage Associate) and CRMS (Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist) through the National Association of Mortgage Professionals. She's provided financing for families to purchase and refinance homes since 1984, and continues to make each and every customer her primary focus. Most of her clients are repeat customers or referrals from customers and/or realtors.
Her lending experience began at Glendale Federal Savings and Loan working with construction lending, consumer lending and processing mortgage loans. She obtained her Florida Mortgage Broker license in 1986 and began originating mortgage loans after leaving the traditional savings and loan industry in 1987. Working as a mortgage broker required Judy to stay informed on all types of available loan products. She applies that experience when working with her clients to help educate them on what's currently available to meet their needs.
