About
Mortgage Access was founded in Nashville in 1995 and in 1996 was moved to it’s permanent home just 20 miles east in Lebanon, TN.   Our founder, Judy Kemp, started in the mortgage industry in 1984.  Frustrated with the limited availability of financing options for her customers offered by the Savings and Loan she worked for, Judy saw the opportunity to tap into more financing options through the larger national mortgage companies.   She ventured out into the mortgage brokerage business in 1988.    Since that time Judy has established long term working relationships with some of the nation’s largest mortgage providers, making available to her clients a plethora of home financing opportunities. 

Mortgage Access is a Tennessee Mortgage Broker.     As a broker, they bring financing options from Nationally recognized companies to the local community and offer that small, hometown service to their friends and neighbors.      Their goal is to provide financial solutions to clients over the long-term.     They don't buy target leads from the big advertisers like Lending Tree or the other internet lead companies.      Since most of their clients have been referrals from other satisfied clients or realtors, you can rest assured that you will be in good hands throughout the loan process.
