Judy Kemp-Dearmon has been financing homes since 1985, beginning her career at Glendale Federal S&L in Jupiter, Florida.    With the strict underwriting of the time, Judy became a Florida Licensed Mortgage Broker in 1987 and left the S&L to pursue more financing options for her clients.   "It was a tough time to get a mortgage through the Savings and Loan back in the day" says Judy.  "They were very conservative and I saw a lot of good folks get turned down for financing".
